• Returns within this period are free of charge. We will provide you with a shipping label to our central returns facility; the specific address will be shared with you via email upon return request.

Beyond 30 Days:

• We recognize that sometimes, it might take longer than 30 days to decide. MetalPosterArt.com is committed to your satisfaction, even beyond this period.
• Returns initiated after 30 days are still accepted, regardless of the timeframe. However, these returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
• The same process applies for these returns: contact us at customerservice@metalposterart.com, and we'll guide you through the steps to return your item.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed promptly once we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
